Kelsey Ozment is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree from Northwest University. She earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Central Washington University. Kelsey has worked both in private practice as well as in a community mental health setting in both King and Skagit Counties, and her work has been mainly with adults, children, and families. She also spent a year working as an advocate at Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center.

Kelsey enjoys working with individuals of all ages, with a wide range of issues and is particularly passionate about her work with children and teens.

Kelsey takes a relational and collaborative approach with her clients in therapy and although she works from a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, her work is heavily influenced by Client Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Lifespan Integration. Some techniques used in therapy include mindfulness, confronting and challenging unhelpful patterns.

Kelsey is trained in Lifespan Integration Therapy, which is a gentle, body-based therapeutic model that facilitates healing in various areas of life for a wide variety of issues. Personal Information:

Kelsey enjoys being active, particularly outdoors and among her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, a good cup of coffee, and traveling to new places.
