New Client Intake Process
Either you or your other health care provider may call Skagit Behavioral Health at (360) 424-0400 Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM to discuss your treatment needs. Our Intake Coordinator will ask about what type of counseling or therapy you are seeking, if you have insurance you would like to use, and when you are available for appointments. You will not be asked to provide detailed information: we only need enough information to decide if we are able to serve your need and in order to select the most appropriate therapist. Please let us know about any specific requests you may have about a counselor or therapist.
Our Intake Coordinator will then contact one of our therapists who has expertise working with the issues you present, and who has current openings, and can be reimbursed by your particular insurance. The therapist will then phone you directly to schedule an appointment.
